When using a Li-Po battery it is very important that you do not discharge below 3V per cell (6V for 2-cells). The stock Mini-T electronic speed control will allow this battery to drop below 6V if run until cut-off. We recommend paying close attention to battery voltage at all times and to not run the battery until cut-off occurs. It is best to discontinue use when the vehicle starts to show signs of slowing. When using an after market speed control you will also need to check the cut-off voltage and be sure you are not going below 3V per cell.
